onda톡 아동 안전 기준

onda톡(ONDA TALK)은 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있는 1:1 랜덤채팅 서비스입니다. 아동·청소년을 대상으로 한 어떠한 성적 착취와 학대(CSAE)도 허용하지 않으며, 아래 기준에 따라 대응합니다.

1. 금지하는 행위

• 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)을 만들거나, 보내거나, 요청하거나, 공유하는 행위
• 아동·청소년에게 성적인 대화를 걸거나 만남을 유도하는 행위(그루밍), 성매매를 제안하는 행위
• 아동·청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 착취를 부추기는 모든 내용
• 만 19세 미만이 서비스를 이용하는 것, 또는 나이를 속여 가입하는 것

2. 미성년자 이용 차단

• 갤럭시 앱은 카카오·구글 계정으로만 로그인할 수 있고, 처음 이용할 때 출생연도를 확인해 만 19세 미만은 이용할 수 없게 합니다.
• 구글 플레이에서는 18세 이상만 대상으로 하며, 구글이 미성년자로 판단한 계정은 앱을 설치할 수 없게 설정합니다.
• 미성년자로 의심되는 이용자는 확인 후 즉시 이용을 정지합니다.

3. 신고 방법

• 앱 안에서: 대화방 오른쪽 위 메뉴 → 신고하기. 신고하면 상대는 바로 차단되고, 운영자가 대화 기록을 확인합니다.
• 이메일: youandtalk@jsoperation.kr (아동 안전 담당)
• 긴급한 위험이 있으면 즉시 경찰(112)에 신고해 주세요.

4. 처리 절차

• 신고된 대화는 운영자가 확인하며, 아동·청소년 관련 신고는 가장 먼저 처리합니다.
• 아동 성착취물이나 성착취 시도를 확인하면 해당 내용을 즉시 숨기고 삭제하며, 관련 계정을 영구 정지하고 재가입을 막습니다.
• 확인된 아동 성착취물과 관련 정보는 수사를 위해 보존한 뒤 경찰청(사이버수사) 등 관계 기관에 신고하고, 수사에 협조합니다. 필요한 경우 국제 신고 기관(NCMEC 등)에도 알립니다.
• 대화 기록은 신고 처리와 수사 협조를 위해 대화가 끝난 뒤 6개월 보관합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

Child Safety Standards (English summary)

onda톡 (ONDA TALK) is a 1:1 random chat service for adults aged 19 and over (Korean age of majority). We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including creating, sharing, requesting or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual solicitation of minors. Minors may not use the service; the app is restricted to adults on Google Play and checks the user's birth year at sign-up.

Users can report any user from inside every chat (menu → Report), which immediately blocks the other person and sends the conversation to our moderators. Reports can also be sent to youandtalk@jsoperation.kr. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or exploitation, we remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved, preserve the evidence, and report it to the Korean National Police Agency and other relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable), and cooperate with investigations.
